Job Title: Product Specialist (Audio & Music)

I’ve recently partnered up with a pioneering start-up in the live music and entertainment industry looking to bring on a Product Specialist to join their growing cross-functional team.

In this role, you’d be:

• Liaising with customers to troubleshoot product issues
• Collect and transform customer feedback to inform new product features
• Global travel to ensure customer success at a variety of events (think festivals, live music events)

You’re likely a good fit if:

• You have experience in the Audio & Music domain
• You have worked with Audio hardware (mixers, amps, etc.)
• You love the entertainment domain!
