Our customer is an integrated energy company that has an ambition to reduce oil production by 2030 and achieve net zero by 2050 in product and Operations. Their shift will have a measurable, positive impact on the environment.
Brief
trg was brought in to accelerate the recruitment process and strategy across multiple verticals in Europe and North America, whilst simultaneously educating key stakeholders of shifting market trends
Context of Mission
With the shift to net zero comes the necessity to become a more “software centric organisation”. Traditional, the org has outsourced most of it’s software development; however, a recent business shift has resulted in a greater emphasis on hiring permanent employees, whilst simultaneously raising the technical bar across the organisation.
Outcome
To date we’ve helped the org recruit over 300 people (from IC to VP) across Europe and N.America. We are now their go-to recruitment partner across tech.
