Love the idea of responsibility? Love working with startups? Ready for a real challenge?

Yes to all three? Great.

I’m working with a large company in searching for a Site Reliability Engineer. The role would sit atop of a project which aims to launch 100 startups a year to solve various inefficiencies in the tech and energy sector.

You would use your skills in all things OpenSource (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins etc.), Golang, and running software with AWS to lead the project’s SRE function to allow the software engineers to do what they do best without needing to build out a platform to complete the projects on.

Lots of responsibilities, lots of work, everything that comes with working in start-up environments – but without the usual risks.

Experience Needed:

  • Golang
  • AWS
  • IaC Tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Helm etc.)
  • Setting up modern CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, CircleCI etc.)

The total compensation for this role can lie anywhere between £175,000 – £250,000. The role does require candidates to be in London but relocation/sponsorship can be offered to exceptional candidates.
