Role Summary: We’re working working with a luxurious auction house specialising in selling fine arts and antiques. They are in search for a Application support manager (Level 3) who can solve the most challenging technical issues that can arise during the companies busiest seasons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage vendor partnerships, ensuring performance aligns with agreements.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for vendor governance.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and vendors, acting as a liaison.
- Lead internal IT support teams, providing end-user support, particularly to executive staff.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring root cause identification and corrective actions.
- Create and update documentation, manuals, and training materials for new technology users.
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with O365, including SharePoint and Exchange Online.
- Proven leadership experience in managing IT support teams and vendor relationships.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in managing a ticket queue and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of instructing non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in various duties; ITIL certification is desirable.
