Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage vendor partnerships, ensuring performance aligns with agreements.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for vendor governance.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and vendors, acting as a liaison.

Qualifications:

- Experience in managing a ticket queue and prioritizing tasks effectively.
